IF I’M SWEATING DOES THAT MEAN I’M BURNING FAT?
It is not necessary if you are sweating you are burning the fat rather it works as natural cooling system of our body that regulates your temperature. You also have noticed athletes and well conditioned people often sweat a lot and they probably don’t have much body fat, but the real reason to that their body is more conditioned to regulate heat. Other factors of sweating include levels of hydration in the body, body fat levels and the temperature, foods eaten before exercise and level of humidity in the surrounding environment.
How Long Before I Start Seeing Results?
This depends on what is your definition of “seeing” You are likely to begin , increasing weight lifts,decreasing running times and maybe even shedding pounds all within the first month of beginning a workout. Physical changes in your body take some months to manifest themselves, so be patient and enjoy your healthy lifestyle every day by day .However, if you are hoping to instantly attain a “beach bod,” you are only setting yourself up for disappointment.
Is Cardio Counterproductive for those Looking to “Bulk Up?”
There is no simple answers to this question. If we see the positive side, cardio helps us to stimulate healthy muscle recovery while improving the body’s metabolic response to nutrients, stimulating the appetite, and making transitions between bulking and cutting smoother. At the same time, cardio also has some negative effects, such as burning calories and contributing to overtraining but from our point of view adding cardio is probably the healthiest choice, though it may cause muscle gain to happen a bit slower.
HOW MANY MEALS SHOULD I BE EATING PER DAY?
Our advice to them from the start is to increase the number of meals to five everyday, then people look at us feeling sick at the thought of eating so much so often. What people don’t realize is that healthy fat loss foods aren’t as calorie dense and not as filling as other meals. Quantity is also decreased.So, From today onwards i want you to increase the number of snacks to 5 per day – at least. This will kick-start a sluggish metabolism. We know it’s hard to grasp that eating more food will help you to reduce body fat so allow us to first explain a complicated little fellow called your “metabolism.”
A faster metabolism = more fat burned. Let your body work for you, treat your body like a fat burning furnace, the more quality wood (food) you put in the fire (your body) the larger the fat burning flame will burn resulting in fat loss.
